Tiziano Hotel - The residential building, nowadays housing the Tiziano Hotel, has been designed by Gaetano Koch, a roman architect of the second half of the IXth century; the artwork was commissioned him by Marquess Francesco Saverio Lavaggi.

The architect Gaetano Koch is also the designer of the arcaded buildings surrounding Repubblica Square, of the Banca D’Italia building in Nazionale Street, of the Ludovisi palace in Veneto Street, nowadays housing the American Embassy, and of other countless historical buildings in Rome.
